Onecall Distribution are the proud distributors of Blunt, Fasen and Vital products for the UK.  We operate from our warehouse in Solihull, UK.

We ship next business day!  And we offer flat-rate shipping for orders placed on this site.

Onecall Distribution uses either Royal Mail or UPS for all orders. We endeavour to dispatch your order next Business Day and delivery times are 1-2 business days.

We deliver within the UK ONLY. This includes Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

We do not accept orders to PO Box addresses or International orders, including those from the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

Terms of Sale

All products are BRAND NEW and sent direct from our warehouse in Shirley, Solihull.

Returns

If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period.

To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:

• in an ‘as new’ condition unused in the same condition as supplied to you complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it with the original box and its packaging.

If a product is returned as unwanted, but the above conditions are not met, no costs will be refunded.

We cover all our products with our standard manufacturer warranty.

Please note, any form of modifications to the product will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted, and no costs will be refunded. All warranties are non-transferrable.
